To the people who say if you don’t like it leave. Trying but there are no jobs. So WFC treating us bad won’t get rid of us faster. It will just make us log every action as a case for HR. This will not be a fun year. An angry workforce doesn’t get fixed by a lanyard.

tell me more about the move to "fire" someone, tell others they are fired, actually displace, and then find out they received severance? Anyone got the stats on those b/c they'll be good in a lawsuit.
Never confuse the role of Human Resources.
They are not there to protect you from the company. They are there to protect the company from you.
Keep your head down, document your wins, document your issues, and always remember that HR works for the employer, not the employee. Act accordingly.

took me 4 months but just had to choose between 2 offers. Wasn't an easy process but if you are patient you'll find something eventually. Unfortunately employers have the upper hand right now and can be very picky.
Go find one of the jobs that every other CEO is axing on the hype of AI replacing it.
