Just curious, where is the communication breakdown actually occurring? I am also wondering what is being done to correct it? Are all store managers equally uninformed, is just certain RMs not communicating, GVPs not communicating or is it just the simple fact the company does not value the store manager enough to think they deserved to be communicated to? Thoughts?

It’s the GVPs and RMs that aren’t communicating effectively. The decision on how to move forward with them is being made in Q3. Expect changes!!!

Or the clear communication when we were held to the ransom attack. Did anyone get a communication to share with their school? All systems don’t just go down for a week.
There is communication but nothing of substance or it’s directing us to do more with less.
Communicated what?
