What’s your take on Lattice? Up until two years ago, we had a standard employee engagement survey. But in 2024, the feedback on management was so negative that leadership decided to pause it for a year. Now they’ve reintroduced things under the banner of Lattice—complete with self-evaluations and quarterly goal-setting. Are we digging our own graves?

I spent hours and a lot of effort writing up my detailed self assessment, got it submitted before end of the first day they opened the system for submissions. That was March 2nd. It's now July 25th and zero follow through. Not a word from my manager.
Lattice is standard corporate bs self evaluation. New leadership loves new process improvement tools. Amount of internal training and admin heavy tasks are consuming all time. Everyone is stressed as numbers are below average
