During a recent ESC townhall, someone asked Paul G whether there will be hiring of manufacturing engineers or BSC to support the projects or NPI
Paul response was an immediate NO. Within a second. No hesitation. He must be thinking current headcount is still overly staffed.
An incoming JG16 was recently announced in our space, so don't believe there is a hard freeze. It appears to be very selective hiring.

Consultants have done great harm to this company.
