Same old Dan. I'm a Cowboy, I'm a MMA fighter, I'm an AI expert, Paypal soared under Covid when everyone purchased from home. Dan made sure to take all the credit. The board begged me to come out of retirement and fix their mess. Same old plan, fire the frontline worker retain the management bloat. Verizon is going down under this narcissistic out of touch old fa-t.
Watched it, there is zero new information. He's been repeating the same "no BS" BS since he became the CEO. Talking about flattening the hierarchy for 6 months. Results? 15k rank-and-file laid off, more comming, no flattening executed, stock pump to 51, dump back to 45, and Hans laughing all the way to the bank. 👏
No clue why he keeps repeating how he was very happily retired and turned down the offer to become the CEO twice. Phoney. The Street is not buying this BS.

Unfortunately he needs to do more clean ups of specially band 5 and above, some of which are still in defiant and/or clueless on what to do besides playing politics to protect their multi layers hierarchy , and this is very clear from meeting I am personally attending at Sr.Dir , VP and SVP levels where these meetings are still based on garbage slides with nonsense demos of school level projects and plenty of fake recognitions on every single little thing get done. Lots of employees only want to do their job and not worry about Basking Ridge politics.
