Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

6 days is 12 days if you leave computer over weekend

People at my area, secure, with same people , picking same desk are now coming in Friday. Leave computer on over weekends, come in early Monday.

The 2 days on weekends count

This clownery is why we are in the mess vs being treated like adults

@e2 I am not sure where you are located but we are not allowed to leave anything in the office in the Portland Hub.

@e8 the dashboard chose to count that as part of the 60%, not me being unethical.

@e2 the unethical part about it isn’t leaving it’s there, it’s using the logged time over the weekend when no work is actually being done and using that as part of your 60%. It’s flat out trying to cheat the system. Yeah yeah. I know, I know.

@bf Sorry, but leaving a laptop in the office is now unethical? Please. I have not seen anything that says you cannot leave your laptop in a cubicle overnight.

@bs I get it, but there's a power differential there where they're empowered to term you, not the other way around. You can say they're not ethical all you want, and I'm not disagreeing, but won't stop an immediate term for cause.

Good luck with that. That right there is an ethics violation and if they catch that, especially if you miss your 60% without it, that's instant termination. They have the data. Don't give them the bullets to shoot you with.

@a1 we’ll see at the end of the year. Better to ask for forgiveness than permission.

Seriously STFU, it’s because of people like you telling everyone’s business we’re even in this mess.

As stands - you are required to be in office 60 percent of business days. Weekends do not count. You are being monitored for compliance with an IPAddress at USB location. This means that you do not get IP credit if you attend meetings on the way to or from the office from your car. Think about this - how does it make sense to schedule or attend calls unless you get IP credit. You may be able to get around this but will more than likely have to provide some kind of proof you were in a call, how long etc. there has been no guidance in how to do this. Personally get to the office, sign in so tracking begins with IP address and schedule your day accordingly. No more flexibility for taking early or late calls to get work done. It’s that simple.

Even if this was true why would you even consider playing this on here? You're not that bright. Let's just broadcast to the whole world a flaw that will get seen and patched. Genius level of stupidity.
