I have read in many places here that people endure all kinds of pressure from management who try to drive them out so that the company can save on severance pay. Although I personally do not have such experience, I believe that it happens. What are the some ways in which they are now trying to get you to leave voluntarily?

Remember being in a meeting where they were bragging about our 40 percent turnover rate and said the people that complained about work place hostility on the surveys were simply receiving hostility from store personal from our accounts and couldn't be from our toxic management team.
Lol….luv the “you taking a survey” comment! It’s like all the ones they asked us to participate in, to basically act as if they(not exactly sure who “they” is..)cared. Only people, the leaders of this company care about, is the stock holders(Board) as that’s who a** they gotta kiss to keep their jobs. Not to mention their legal obligations to them. Albeit, their jobs pay in the millions, so it’s not like they’re fretting too much if they are let go, with their severance of several stock options , not afforded us, “the peons,” after 2012! But I digressed, yeah 20lbs of sh** stuffed into 10lb bag, pretty much sums it up accurately!
Over working the SRs. I'm throwing 300-500 cases a day now with 3 plus deliveries. The full-time merchandisers are barely getting the federal minimum amount of hours to be full-time while working the SRs to death. They pull our service out of stores, sc--w with our orders, blame us and threaten to write us up over none essential minute things we don't have time to do. I mean, the merchandisers have more time to sell than us anymore.
Why do you ask such a question? Sounds very suspicious to me. Are you just curious? You're taking a survey? I mean really, that's not your experience, but you want to know? Hmmmm🤔
How about this, it's similar to stuffing 20 pounds of sh-t, in a 10 pound bag, it's way, way, WAY too much.
I'm really surprised that more people havent quit
