Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Losing your value

This is no longer a company where employee talents can flourish. The exact opposite is happening. Those who have been here for a long time at one point begin to notice how their skills have atrophied and are no longer marketable, while those who have taken their talents elsewhere have improved a lot in the meantime. Don't let that happen to you too!

I worried a bit during my layoff (Covid 2020) because I had spent 4 years working in proprietary software installs, and not my real skillset.

Luckily, my next company took a chance on me. It's worked out well so far.5

Stock had consistent steady growth from IPO until FB took over - then it flatlined... but somehow he is going to magically make it double - what a joke

I’d sell you my stock for 200. How many shares do you want?

Partly true. It is not losing value, it is also not gaining value. It has hovered around 100 since the merger.

What’s not losing value is Fiserv’s stock as it rockets to $200

Most long term Directors and VP's are lazy and the backbone of the issues. They are a cult and if you do not join if they let you you will be gone. Worst management ever and no one deserves that.
