Maybe a raise would stop some from leaving, but I don't think most would. It's not just a matter of money anymore. Working here is miserable.

Wow. Calling out people for being on this site during work hours, does this include yourself? Get bent.
If you can raise my manager's ar-e out of her seat and send her packing that's all I would need to stay on!
I'm assuming the original poster is gone from the company? Otherwise the premise is challenged. I'm curious.
I would say the posts are those that "do their job". I feel those who take the time here are probably doing it on company time or those I see at the $5K coffee pot saying how bad their job is. If you are are here or doing this at work... then you are not doing your job and have no place in this company.
I prefer the racist scm managers and directors get terminated.
Based on past average performance ratings usually 2.5% with no inflation, this April based on inflation roughly 4-5% I expect about 3.5% to 4%
Any other educated guesses out there?
Something to match inflation. At least 7% ( which is a dream) or I am displeased.
We have got less and less increases in recent years. Today I make just 4% more than 3 years ago from the Enbridge take over.
Everyone I speak to at Enbridge wants to leave or is looking hard currently to leave.
Maybe Greg will change things.
If Enbridge wants you to stay, believe me they will let you know. Nobody in Asset Performance needs to participate in these silly surveys because our compensation and bonuses loudly declare our value to Enbridge is sky high and the company has made that clear to us.
Removal of wfh is what will make me leave. I'm paid fairly so not looking for raise if wfh stays
Just a lot of hot air. I don’t see anyone leaving. There is no mass resignation. Stop making things up.
The amount I would stay for is unrealistic by Enbridge standards. I don't know why they don't understand this until someone resigns. Then they'll offer you what you're leaving for.
