Never work in Fire In-Office Claims

I came over from Express last year and work in FPS. This place is a complete and total insane asylum. My TM is ok but they have the look of disgust on their face every time I see them. The SMs and CMs are complete and total check the box re-ards. Bad people. This department has no structure, is backwards in everything it does and the workload is ridiculous. All we do is clean up Proximities messes and have stupid work load expectations. We were told the other day in a meeting that almost 80% of the people in this department have been here 2 years or less. Do not even consider coming to work in Fire company. This place is just soul ki-ling he-l hole. I'm interviewing and just trying to find anything and I will leave. My friend that came over with me quit when she got her EIP. Already got a job not in insurance! SF is just an evil company, pure trash!

Agreed, never work in Fire Claims! Injury in Auto may be worse, but not by much. I worked as an Independent for 2 years and thought it was a good opportunity and stable!
WOW , I was wrong and this place is a total zoo. I've never experienced this level of incompetence. My TM is pretty cool but her hands are tied as her boss is a complete and total psychopath. Most of the people SF hires look like they just got off work at their Walmart shift or SF plucked out of the unemployment line. They were not kidding about the 2040 stuff. I think they just bypassed 2040 and went to 2080. Holy sh-t.....I hate this place and interviewing now....gotta get out of this industry.

@OP that is the way they have designed it. Good way to avoid paying claims or delay paying claims to rake in millions in extra interest income. That want it miserable so you stay a year or two and leave/get fired. You are dealing with sc-m of the earth people at the Executive level.
