@a7 I remembered wrong. It is a 3 month rolling average not six. So it would only be 2026.
@a6 I was wrong. It is 3 months. My numbers personally are all over the place. Personally, I wasn’t told to PIP or counsel anyone below the 60 % mark.
Lol, my 2025 performance explicitly mentions that I met the in office goal at that time. I printed it out today and will keep it as proof if they try and use the 2025 numbers against me.

@a5 what about us that did 11 days so hitting under 60% for the 5 months reporting? Email said 60% average for 3 months... confused
No, and the directions were to specifically look at a rolling six month average.
