Best time for inventories is in January. This is when inventory is at it's lowest peak. The only time you can see what you have in receiving. You cycle audits could be done faster and more accurately to prepare you for a clean inventory. I think all clubs should have inventory in January.
Good luck. January is when Sams does tge buybacks for paper products. And many items to help clear other companies inventories. They get a deep discount. January inventory clubs get scrooged.
