L1/L2 hiring freeze is on across Finance and GWS. Next will be surplus, followed by another round of L3/L4 later this year.

This is the "final wave" that Jeremy and John previewed years ago; moving people BETWEEN hub locations. You'll go where you're told and you'll like it. If they decide to keep you once you've uprooted your life for another location.
Hiring freeze in other orgs, too. No promotions. Except for family friends.
Marketing in Atalnta is goign to have mass layoffs then remaining people told they need to relocate to Dallas. Basically they are centralizing all aspects of Marketing to Dallas.

I hope all the L4s in the Cohen org get fired
