Spring break should be less toxic, so I hope…

@af if everyone that doesn’t do “real” work is going to be out this week I think that we may have a few empty buildings! Lots of “fake” work - like creating work to make yourself “seem” important.
Nike is all about Intolerate except for executive teams
Agree with C6
Just F off this week like everyone else
A3's post is why nike is in the toilet with that fake positivity & be happy you have a job. Creating a culture of getting by and pretending to hide the truth. You can not hide from the stock price; ^ the executive aren't being held accountable either.
What world are you living in?
City of Portland doesn’t care. They found a missing $120M and spend 2 months talking what to do with it and let people become homeless. City of Portland are a bunch of losers with their heads up their a-s.
@ad the city of portland is concerning to say the least
maybe the commerce and growth can go to the surrounding areas, vancouver, beaverton, etc...or just leave the entire area
Everyone that doesn't do any real work and is the main problem are going to be out next week. It's going to be gloriously dull
@ac
i can't see how portland survives this
@a7 you are right, in GT no backfilling, ETW maybe for the odd occasion otherwise it's will be new open req in ITC
cost cutting is real and they have decided ITC can do the job or south america's as etw....either way, the high paying local jobs are on there way out
If you feel like that it’s time for a new job.
I second the toxic week coming ahead. OP and A2. I see you and support you. The real problem are people like A3 and their fake positivity, that is toxic.
Nike wouldn’t replace that role, so no job seekers would be happy. There wouldn’t be a job. You loser
Are you adding toxicity or raising the vibe? Be accountable for how you show up and how you move through the day. Consider the thoughts you sit in, move through it or realize you're part of the problem. If you have a full-time job at Nike, you are not Nike's victim-- plenty of capable, employable job seekers would happily alleviate you from your golden chains and privileged perspective.
I dread going to bed on sunday. I share your pain!
