Who else remembers Hackett’s crocodile tears after the last NYT expose. And his promises that Ford culture would change?

@d9+1km1r35yh LOL the new hires are all bright and shiny thinking their mission is to do good in the world. Then they are hit with Ford reality and the jadedness of long time HR employees. Ever look at the turn-over rate for college graduate new hires?

@d3 the new hr reps are sadistic, they are probably the ones doing the harassing, cry me a river, shift the blame to the employees. Use some common sense and quit being a snowflake.

@cn you mean the Ford supervisors lie? Talk to some of the new HR reps. Some of the supervisors have a stack of complaints spanning decades. They send them to training; tell them to stop it; they re-offend; the manager protects the supervisor and blames the victims until they have to shuffle the supervisor to a new position under a different manager to protect their own hide;Ford corporate protects themselves by placing TV screens with corporate policies on a loop at the plant entrance. After awhile what happens is particular plants/areas of the company are only able to attract the sort of employee who thrives in the toxic environment. People who didn’t get the memo are shocked and then blamed. Case in point Chicago plant.
