Who can tell me what project North Star is? I've heard rumblings it will be massive headcount cuts in Houston. Anyone with details?

According to my source, 65% is the target with executive bonuses for exceeding goals. Good luck!
@b2 OP here. That's what I'd have thought but was told it is separate. Total headcount down up to 75% in many groups on campus

It’s how we can get to the ultimate end state for significant staffing reduction where all work that can be ported to India etc as soon as possible. For example, every chem plant would have a bare minimum engineering footprint on site but most of the work will be done in India or Malaysia
It’s a headcount reduction strategy. In Finance, each Sr. Mgr had to define timeline and path to achieve dramatic headcount reduction targets no later than 2030. Will be further enabled by Finance 2.0.
