BNY is a US bank? Ha, good one. We have an English CEO, a Scottish CTO, an Irish CFO, and a work force that's about 80% Indian.

The way I read it, they’ve threatened Middle Eastern banks (those with ties to US/Israel), and those banks are now raising their security measures there. I don’t see officials from any bank expressing concern about this spreading into the Western world.
