What happened to ‘we’re better together’? Where are all the working from home crowd? Why are they still at home? There is plenty of space (especially in my building) to bring folks in. Seems like this was just a bunch of lies. For those of us that started going in two days, then three days, and when that wasn’t enough to shut them up, it went to four. Now WE are in there five days a week, but where is everyone else?

CRE wave has started but not resolved. WFH vs. office won't be a huge issue once everything gets repriced/refinanced.
Manage yourself. Focus on you, not others!
Simple. Because it's a stupid, ice-aged requirement that FEW deem useful or necessary in today's modern society!
The real process won't start until later this month. Eventually, you will see more people in. The issue is that some locations don't have enough space. So they are working on seating assignments.
Reading the communications that are sent to you will go a long way to help with your crazy confusion!
@OP At home working in PJs and saving money on gas and daycare. All depends on your LOB and supervisor. Let it go or leave. Truist doesn't care about equality or morale and HR turns a blind eye because favortism isn't illegal.
