Because the goal is to replace you with Indians from management's home country. Indians are POC that meet the DEI criteria. You need to be more inclusive.
Only succckas and losers get drafted into cubicles. Winners call the shots from the home office (or hotel room)

Because Gunjan basically lives in the office and sleeps at the hotel two blocks away. She’s alone and miserable looking for friends.

I asked HR if I can work from home for 90 days due to my bone spurs and they granted me an exception and no longer drafted to cubicle 8a where I would have to sit side by side listening to some dude on team meeting all day
