Pay equity? That's a massive raise for the CEO and "meaningful increases" for low-mid rank salaries, but 2 years of 0% awards for director level and above.

HR said to focus on total comp but oh dear what's that you say cumulative inflation since Covid is nearly 30%? No time for any more questions I'm afraid.

The level of hypocrisy is at all-time records within LSEG.

Just confront daily reality with the supposed LSEG values. It wasn't like that some time ago, but unfortunately the last few months this insanity has accelerated exponentially.

LSEG is an extremely toxic place and you'll only strive if you are very good at wallowing in the mud or sharpening your blades.

Don't trust anybody with some managing power, 99% of them share the same culture: bootlickers upstream, stabbing everyone downstream, when needed.

They don't care about you.

Our core values should change to dry promotion and psychowashing. Don’t bother to keep change - those two are doing well with no changes expected.

As long as you are good friends with your manager (such as the daughter of his best friend or someone he hired as a favor to an ex colleague), then your bonus was 200%.
