There aren’t going to be layoffs, that would actually solve a problem. Fidelity will not do that.

Everyone is so understaffed
They're constantly playing their cards too close to their chest. Even for things that just don't matter that much. I think they just announce stuff before anyone has really thought about it, like this reorg. I guess when you're not cool enough to get invited to Big E's island, you've got to get your thrills keeping the peons scared and in the dark.
