I think it’s meant as Voluntary Off Board i.e. ER package?
Voice of the Business? If that is what was meant, it’s an opportunity for business leaders who are Cisco customers to provide feedback directly to Cisco in a structured environment (usually a multi day event). It’s been a little while since Cisco has hosted one of these.
