It is absolutely insane I keep getting this error when trying to do anything in branch portal and I am sick of wasting time having to troubleshoot.

I'll stop screwing around.....and this is a serious response. You are probably using a Chrome browser or Internet Explorer and should be using Edge. Try that after rebooting. Jira and confluence are not build for IE for sure.

“400 Bad Request” is a general error that indicates that your browser sends a request to the website’s server and the server can’t process or recognize the request.
