How will they have time to work on PowerPoint presentations and blaming others for their mistakes. Retail Ops is the epitome of corporate bloat. Outsource all stores and alleviate the headcount and headache. Replace that headcount with on shored Customer Service.

@gc Spot on. Years of shafting customers for the sake of scorecards, stats and commission. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to ever visit a store. Who knows what they will walk out with that they dont even know they have. I guess that's "delight."

That seems to be the long term plan, but you still have the OPS org who supports both and a bunch of Retail stores still in operation.
