Spot on. AK’s 'hub' talk is just corporate speak for gutting the US presence. Athina has spent her tenure creating one mess after another, yet the Board remains silent. Keeping a 'presence' in local markets is just the breadcrumb they throw us to keep people from walking out before the axe drops. Total disaster
It’s not just Athina; it’s the culture of bullying and blind obedience she’s installed. Santosh and his team are notorious for being bullies—someone mentioned it earlier and they were right. He’s her pick because he plays the same messy game. Meanwhile, Stephanie continues to get promoted despite having zero clue about the business, simply because she never says 'no' to the wrong ideas. It’s a race to the bottom.
In the Q& A, AK said the local markets would be impacted and jobs would be moving to the hubs. Translation: Layoffs are coming to Purchase, Plano and Chicago. Jobs will move to Mexico City and Hyderabad. Same song, 15th verse. But she did say a presence would remain in the local markets so not ALL jobs will move. She only offered that info up when asked. Assuming it’s going to happen soon since S&T leadership was in Poland this week. Best wishes everyone!

Anyone else think AK sounds like Gilda Radner's character Roseanne Roseannadanna? Her voice is so grating I tune her out.
Not sure what the question was, but she was justifying only hiring/promoting people who worked in a hub location. Her response made no sense other than that's the way she wants it.
