Appears to be same group of IOL leadership in a private all day meeting at quarry park same group that met a month before they announced the layoffs meeting today. I’d normally say just a re group but they set it to private. Anyone know what else they cooking besides our careers?

With all the recent departures, they are on track to meet their headcount reduction targets early. They'll be patting themselves on the back for a job well done.
Maybe they all needed to get together and tell each other what a great job they have all been doing and that this is going exactly to plan - despite the fact that there are 100 vacant spots and no building in Edmonton
