I'm back in Risk and it seems to be worse this time around. Anyone else experiencing the chaos and toxicity from the top down. Everyone seems to be trying to leave. Is this just where I am?

I'm a B4 and I'm in tech side, I will leave at end of March, already accepted a offer, the background check is cleaned already.
they want us to leave. THAT is the Big Strategy to reduce expenses (headcount) with any LAYOFFS.
in the absence of any real ideas to actually grow revenues, THIS is their Big Strategy.
The whole place has become toxic and worse by the day.
