They started staging our work this year. How long before leadership figures out they can do our job?

If you've paid attention in any of the town halls, you'll see that the long-term strategy is to move the majority of fulfillment to Manilla. Reduces cost to produce a loan. The only thing that will remain in the US will be the complex deals (NED, SUW, Self-employed, etc.)

Sweetie - leadership KNEW they could do our jobs and planned this from the start. Agree with previous comments, tired of fixing everything the other locations get wrong.

Do my job???? HA!! I am so tired of having to fix what manilla and india sc--w up and then dump stateside...it is ridiculous that they are not held accountable and have to be spoon fed. You can kiss my grits if you think I am going to give ANY effort to training them. Loyalty is given when loyalty is received.
In home lending, they have been moving jobs to Manila since 2013. Now mostly all of home lending is over there. It's pathetic.
In that line of business or department your are and locate and what are you training for. And like they said don’t show them everything that what they found out how thing are done in the USA
Philippines? The person my manager want me to train is from India. He really think I don’t know what is going on…Want me to train my replacement ? Bwahaha! I am sure I will teach him everything I know to make sure the replacement is as smooth as possible ….
