Can there be anyone worse than Bank of America?
Capital One has a portfolio of credit card debt from people with bad credit history. Given the economy now people will start defaulting and Capital One will continue to sue them and garnish their wages. This is a bad ruthless company. Don't bank with them ever they're no better than Wells Fargo.
