Does anyone else agree with me that the head of home lending making light of the holidays when this year has been so brutal to the mortgage industry and as just last week proves how many of our fellow team members lost their jobs this year? The rest of us wondering when we will lose our jobs and send us a video of Sr Management dancing away the holiday? As a friend once said, you need to know your audience. No class.

So if you dont work in Home Lending you can see it by setting your Change My View on the right side of your homepage to home lending, I do think its not too bad but with recent firesale of FTEs in that sector not a great idea. She is not the only one dancing (Jingle bell rock with WF inuendos) as well..

@1yhq. Get a clue. The executive team mostly is from there. Not talking about this specific individual necessarily but they are hiring these people.
We have a lot of leaders even in Technology that seem to be tone deaf. They dance, they globe trot , they boomerang and have dinners while posting everything on LinkedIn and cheerleading about the best team, blah blah blah. Then people wonder how we got hit with a $3.7 B penalty or we have big layoffs. Maybe it’s too much cheerleading and dancing and boomerangs and not enough work and focus , leadership and knowledge.
Let’s have a drink every time she says Home Lending is competing and winning.
