Does it actually matter whether your RTO is ‘above model’ or ‘on model’?
Because showing up 4 days a week is enough tiring. Going beyond that starts to feel like voluntary suffering.

4 days is tiring enough? In that case, sounds like you need to find another job closer to home
6 days effective Sep 1
5 days effective June 1
@a5 how so? If they are not in model or on track minimum they get flagged. So they have to do atleast the minimum. Its in them if they want to do more or even leas
@cm exactly,I used to do above the cycle when it was 2 days but now no more..it’s. $40 commute for me per day ,:9 doing at model saves me money as well..so no more or no less..
Meet the quota each cycle. No more. No less.
Come to the office and embrace our culture ( Pune Culture)
I would just meet expectations. Going above does nothing for you here. You won’t get a better review or better raise and eventually I’m sure they’ll up it to 5 days, so enjoy it while you can. Those 4 days are so painful too. I used to enjoy going in to work. Had lots of co-workers. Used to go out for lunch or just take a walk around the city. Then they moved us out of the city and it all changed. At the current location we used to have a decent cafeteria. Now it’s premade vending machine cr-p. Can’t even get a good breakfast sandwich. Used to have decent hot chocolate now it’s the generic stuff. There’s nothing worth going in for. And I’m so tired of this commute.
No matter who you are, If they want to get rid of you, they will. Do not give them a reason to fire you for cause and not give you severance.
Dont understand why a job that can be done from anywhere requires us to suffer in office... one day.. maybe the next generation will bet WFH benefits lol
@a4 Lol, that's not what the OP is asking though
Yes because if you arent atleast in model they will use it as an excuse to terminate you
