North East region here…. Reps are no more as you obviously know. We will be retail territory managers, doing the rms duties, of approving payroll and scheduling ftows with ideploy (which will be going away soon). We will do the hiring and training of ptm and ftow. We will be sales as well, not we will NOT be doing any ordering (major cringe )only the ftows will. Every week we must do “coaching” hours with each of them. We wont be be throwing up loads at all unless we are training someone or have no other choice and no one to do it ( someone calls off, others can’t pick up the slack). They bumped yearly salary by 10k for me, it is a salary position, no OT. You will not have to clock in at all and the only thing tracking you being in the stores is the pitcher app. You will have a company car still. You must still sell in displays but have ftow order for it (eye roll), and there’s the jist of it.
