I see these shill messages, and i have to say thank you for letting me go. I got a nice package and another Top tech company picked me up for a 50% increase in pay after a month of searching. I still get to work from home and avoided moving to the landfill known as NJ.

Alternative perspectives to the FB strategy are not entertained...get with the program or be gone. Site strategy=move to NJ...don't or won't? Bye.

I feel like there is no such thing as an "unwanted departure" from FB's perspective. Any departure is a useful one to him, regardless of the level of talent and internal knowledge that's headed out the door, because it means costs savings to the company and potentially another seat filled in BH. If FB actually cared about retaining top performers and SMEs, he would show it by his actions, which he hasn't.
