Seems brokerage and wealth got hit by multiple flash calls this morning and RIF updates.
Some folks in our team were given 3 months to find a new role within fidelity, contractors are also impacted, post June end it won't be renewed.
Any other BU's impacted?
This post was probably just a bored, lonely HR rep who wanted to make the actual hard working associates even more anxious and depressed. Just tossing rumors out there to freak people out just for the heck of it.
Having these All Hands & Flash call meetings so often signals disorganization. I would imagine many in senior leadership are needing to appear as if they are actually doing something.

I am in managed account space, closely working with Wealth platforms.
We haven't heard of anything in our team, but wealth platforms are going through shuffling and RIF with focus being on colocated associates
If you're not in the same location as your manager AND IF NO ONE LIKES YOU, you have few months under the green walls
Likewise
if you're due for contract renewal or something else (you know what I mean), it won't happen.
Focus also on site locations. Tech resources can't remain scattered
