Roles are being eliminated to be replaced with India later this year. US teams being eliminated to be replaced by India later this year and 2027. That’s the signal to leave.

Why do I have to go into an office if half the people I work with now are offshore in India? Can someone explain to me how that’s a we thing?

Not exactly true. India has been underperforming and has caused a lot of issues across the firm. There’s actually going to be a migration away from India and a move to AI.
It costs $25 per hour in India compared to $90 per hour all in for the States. If TIAA wasn't being sued so much and bleeding so many assets, they wouldn't have to f.u.ck this employees as much as they are willing to do.
