I am 3 months let go after almost 20 years of working half the night every night and still unemployed since I'm dealing with some other family stuff and haven't been able to focus on new job search as much but I am as happy as I've ever been. I enjoy my kids so much and I'm such a BETTER dad. T-Mobile is literally a cancer at this point that will eat your soul. I know it's hard to either leave or get fired, but TRUST ME, you will be back to who you always were once you are gone and leadership's of Doogie Howser CIO vile toxicity is out of your system. DON'T let that place take your soul - life it too short
