@109 not how it’s recently been implemented in QA. It’s essentially scoring the calls for QA STAFF now. I heard QA scores to ensure the AI was accurate. It’s just a matter of time
@aa that AI model has been in use for at least three or four years. I don’t think that’s what impacted these cuts.
Several depts affected from what is being said, several CM and sups on the ltss side, sadky comes in waves so im sure more will happen

@aa may I ask how many weeks was your severance ? Is it true they only offered 4 weeks of pay? I know a MS rep and SFT rep who say they only got 4 weeks severance and insurance until April
@a7 I tried asking but they refused to answer questions. I wouldn’t be surprised if it has something to do with the broad use of AI. they are implementing an AI model that audit calls automatically. I asked last week if that would ever impact human positions and they said no, but here we are.
Did they say why? Why so many?
