Looks like they are backtracking now. Somehow our complaints were heard and they actually doing something about it according to the email that was sent

I seriously can’t believe they would do RTO 4 days a week PLUS unassigned seating, PLUS the open office floor plan on the new HMP floors. What the actual fack? It’s like they really don’t want us to be able to get any work done. I absolutely loathe going to work now and I used to enjoy it. Not having my own, semi-private space (even a cube is so much better than this!!) makes it so hard to concentrate, and wastes so much time per day looking for a spot and getting it set up. If Chevron wants to keep its top performers, something’s going to have to change. This is pure torture.

@OP Even prisoners have their own space. This, combined with RTO is bafflingly stupid.
