Shout out to the Bay Area crew. If you got burned on your review, don't take it personally. It’s not a performance issue; it’s a budget issue. They simply can’t afford you anymore. We live in the capital of the tech world. We're surrounded by multipule 4-5 trillion-dollar market cap HQs, dozens of firms bigger than WF, handing out better bonuses and RSUs, and better perks. While this company performs a 'corporate lobotomy' and lowers its collective IQ by pushing out top talent, we have the luxury of moving on. The job hunt might take a little longer right now, but go where you’re treated best. Their loss.

Assuming top talent is all in Cali is a fallacy. Top talent all over. Bottom talent all over. Wells Scr3wing people regionally could be true. But honestly, they are doing it to all.
@am, Hey have you ever been to an employment attorney? At first there is a screening call. There they will drop you if they determine you are at the anger stage of your KBR cycle. They determine how much evidence you have, how legitimate of a case you have etc. The next meeting (which 5 in a 100 make...) they decide if there is any $ in it -- for them ... and then for you. They want to assess that you can be rational. About 1 in 3 go to the final stage. Mediation is about 7 in 10 at this stage. Employment attorneys like to deal with you at the beginning of a job -- negotiating pay, benefits, severance.
They can move to Ohio.
LOL
Thanks, I needed a laugh
Dirty corrupt managers from legacy Wells Fargo Financial continue to run this company into the ground. My advice is that If they let you go, go straight to an attorney, news media, regulators, social media, and anyone else that might listen to you. Be prepared and collect as much evidence as you can.
Well said
