Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

How long will layoffs last?

Looks like a bloodbath. Best of luck to everyone.

Central Operations is complete now, if you didn't get a invite today it's time to grind even more. Less IC's and over worked managers left in the areas should be a recipe for success.
It looks like the Appalachian Area Model is a no go also. It was deemed bad for the customer and the well being on the workforce. Now the areas can rest knowing we will be going back to something similar to what we had but fine tune efficiencies.

@a4 It's not just T-Mobile. The industry is changing, the others are restructuring as well.

Hearing that layoffs will continue until end of month. Then who knows when the next round will be. Guessing every 6 months until AI fully takes over the company outside of senior leaders

What happened to Boeing when it merged with McDonald Douglass is whats happening to TMUS when the parasite of Sprint found a new host. This was and is a internal coup and what Legere/Neville/Saad/Brian King built are being blown up. Anyone with Magenta in their blood is out. Rise of the mo--ns.

I believe the all clear has been sent. Organization all clear emails sent to over 75% of the engineering areas. Still lots of unanswered questions.
