Smb and Micro sales managers are expecting a LOT right now. You can’t expect sales by fear. I believe Deutsche Bank plans a full buyout.
It’s so bad in micro TFB right now. No one has a clue about ROE, what we are supposed to be selling and no one is selling anything. It’s only a matter of time before they lay off the entire department in my opinion.
Who knows, I mean they can’t even give us an ROE because they are firing from the hip and making things up as they go along… SF 2.0 Accounts are all messed up, can’t even tell us what we will be able to sell, when I run credit now for accounts they say Business/Retail instead of Business/Corporate and seeing lower approval amounts/credit classes than how it was in.
Micro Leadership don’t even know….
