We are adding hours actually, no increase in head count, standard verizon 2.0. More stress less money
Well, we have 2 sh--s and they added an extra hour on Sunday, and no increase in our already low head count. The morale builders keep coming!
You better believe one shift = reduction in headcount.
For the stores closing earlier and eliminating Sunday’s you can count on a reduction of SM’s. That’s a no brainer.
Hours arenbeinf shifted.
Too bad the d-mb fu--s that made this decision outsources the project to sokenBS consulting company that uses "AI" to determine hours.
I'm generally curious who the fu-k is writting checks to make decisions like this. This company is such a cluster fu-k now.
LMAO yeah wishful thinking. They just increased some store hours. They are going to keep stores open as long as possible to make sure to get every Set up and Go possible. BTW it's amazing how customers all of the sudden don't want their stuff transferred by reps because they have to pay for it now.
Not all stores
Changing the hours under the guise of helping employees spend more time with their families firstly, then taking away the holiday from employees all in one foul swoop. Then changing them back because they are losing money and figure...more time open means more income...They are sorely wrong. The system they implemented gives no drive to the currently employed and is more geared towards trying to get people to quit from the whiplash they are creating. Think of your employees as pawns and they will surely cater to the queens grasp. Help them out and they will produce gold from coal.
Only a few stores are reducing hours and closing on Sundays. More stores than not are actually increasing the hours open. This is so common of knowledge by so many people I wonder if the people on this board even work for Verizon.
AT&T closed all their Cricket stores and now sells SIMs at Target and Walmart. Metro is all independent dealers. Visible is also doing the Walmart thing. Why have corporate stores anyway? It's a bunch of overhead for customers barely worth keeping. The real money is business accounts and Internet/TV packages. T-Mobile ki---d retail profits and you may as well have Best Buy, Walmart, and dealers to deal with the dimwits who need to be helped in person.
Hope so. It would be the first time the did something smart
Too bad Big Log California closing December 30!
Is this true?
Bout time
