LOA and bonus

I’m on STD/LOA and will be for a few more months, do I still get a bonus from last year?

Eligible? Yes
Expectation? Prorated at best. Managers are instructed to pay bonus based on impact to org. If you are not there for 4 months then you likely are not effective for those 4 months. YMMV.

@e1 No. They can be serving the notice period and be considered for award. That does not include severance period.

Sept 30 is only one of the parameters now. As of 2026 plan document participants must be employed on both the Performance year AND the Award Payment Date. Notice period is not considered employed.

LOA for STD they can consider it but that doesn’t mean you will receive. I am sure they will consider the active period performance. If you didn’t meet RTO then you would get docked and if you were out have the yer it would make sense that you get 50 percent since it is performance based and you only performed 50%. Managers want to award the team for the effort and RTO is a big deal

Or, how about this, ask your manager or wait until Feb 13.

Sept 30 is cutoff day and it'll be prorated.

I just called. If you are still employed by Wells Fargo, even if on short term disability you are eligible. There is a cut off date so call the leaves team on HR line to confirm your eligibility.
