The sad part is that the video is more true than not. While others may laugh, I watch it with an unamused face at how sad it is when I see the same type of management style unfold here at Citi.

Yes…yes…..I’m sure her 20 million $ raise last year and the 20 million $ the year before that while everyone else got nil is all just a misunderstanding.
The vid that mirrors this very action in itself is all just a big misunderstanding. The “lay people off at the bottom and give the money to the people at the top” is all a coincidence.
Really doesn't help in the current situation, it's a committee, alone she can't do this much
