Is there no longer a dress code? Big fancy new building and all you see is people attire consisting of house shoes, active wear, T-shirts, and well sad to say either heading to club before or after shift. Just curios question. Debating on just showing up in PJ’s see what happens.

Tell charlie to put a camera everywhere in the building and AI app to scan the team members entering the office and prepare a report like the RTO report - number of days dress code violation.
What else is remaining
1) not flushing the toilets monitoring report
2) frequent bathroom breaks monitoring report
3) coffee break monitoring report
4) cafeteria usage report
5) sleeping in the desk report
Most of us have blankets or wraps because it’s fkg cold so it shouldn’t matter what we wear
@141 LTFO. (and begins shopping for loincloths)
@am When she heard a leader say this at an off-site meeting, a former colleague with a wicked sense of humor retorted "I guess I'll start wearing pasties to the office then!" LOL
@f1 Most people aren't boomers or teenage mormons
Fear of lawsuits for being culturally insensitive.
this isn't really a WF thing it's societal in general. take a look around you at the supermarket, post office, school game, etc.
folks don't know better, don't care or both.
That's why front line staff have a uniform requirement.
I vote for a formal business suit, white shirt, and a tie. A pair of nice shoes. Time to restore the modicum of class. OK, he can wear a bow tie; it will help compensate for the apparent lack of substance.
@f1 my inflatable cat suit really makes my time in office all that much more bearable. Luckily, the white noise machines help drown out the fan enough to not annoy people.
@am the down votes on this comment really sums up the demographics of the visitors to this site.
That's ok, less competition
Be happy people are coming to the office Charlie - don’t push it.
Worry about yourself and what you’re wearing to work.. we know who you’re talking about.
@a2 CIC is the best. Jorts and sandals are a staple during the summer months. Just a few weeks ago I saw someone walking around in a Stetson hat. Wild times.
In Iselin, NJ we have managing directors that look like schlubs. Oversized golf pullovers, golf pants and sneakers. Dirty shirts and jeans that look like you wear at home cleaning the garage. Some were tapered sweatpants, as if that’s stylish. Then there’s the tech personnel. Oh boy is all I can say.
Dress code. If it was only that simple. The other day I saw a green pillow sitting on top of a cabinet. It had some type of cross weave pattern. I said to a co-worker, somebody definitely spent money on that. They even had the audacity to leave it there like, “I know my pillow better be there when I come back, I wish a mf’r would touch it.”
remember, dress for the job you want not the job you had
I saw a lady wearing a crop top and another in fishnet leggings at the Irving campus. Wild days.
I've gone full on feral. I rarely bathe, I haven't shaved in weeks, haven't had a haircut in 8 months, and I wear a wife beater on casual fridays. If I have to RTO, then I'll bring the home office to our ghetto campus.
Some people just have no self respect and don't understand how they come off to other people and leaders. Then, those same people complain they don't get promotions or decent raises.
I saw someone wearing old, maiden type shoes the other day
My clothing style is directly proportional to the respect the company presently deserves.
You either manage me to clicks on a report while I sit comfortably dressed or allow for human interaction and stepped up attire. You can’t have it both ways. What is the point in wearing a suit for my PC?
Don't be such an insecure adolescent
Shocking that you can navigate a message board with that boot 3/4 down your esophagus 👏
You cant expect people to actually work a full day AND dress like a normal adult can you? Fascist!!
Give me job security and I'll show up dressed in a tuxedo.
Yeah, I'll roll in dressed as I please. I'm not interested in your approval.
Don't like it? Take it up with the geniuses mandating full RTO. This was never an issue with WFH.
This past Tuesday in Chandler, I saw a guy in sweat pants and flip flops! People don't care and I don't blame them. I used to try to dress nice but I don't care any more. What does it get me?? Place is a burnout dead-end no-future unless you're buddies with your manager h3ll hole.
It's worse than how people dress to fly.
Dress code is t-shirt, shorts and sandals.
People definitely shown up in PJs and blankets at CIC
