Thread regarding PNC layoffs

The worst part? Everyone will comply if they possibly can

That's what they're counting on. Make people more willing to sacrifice their time and energy, and work harder, because they know we're terrified of losing our jobs in this market. If we quit, they win. If we comply, they win. We get the short end of the stick either way.

I mean I'm certainly not complying, don't know if that can be said for everyone else. I don't really care. They can fire me if they'd like.

Jan, honey...you've been feverishly posting and posting RTO thread after thread here for hours and hours on end, going on 2 days straight.

Everyone's finished their work day now, and no matter how many new threads you start with the same subject matter, nothing is going to change the way you want it to, regarding RTO.

Your choices are: accept reality, or continue to spiral in frustrated fantasy of perpetual, "but MAYBE!!!!!!!....if we all REALLY TRY and click our heels together.....!"

You do realize that work is an at will thing, where you are free to work somewhere else, if you don't like the conditions being offered at your current place of business, right? What's keeping you from getting a different job? Laziness? Insecurity? Stubborn immaturity? Too dependent on what's become familiar?

The world (PNC included) isn't going to bend to your wishes. You have to learn to accept reality, and then make your decision about how and where you want to work. PNC has made their stipulations clear. No amount of whining or protesting is going to change that. You do not hold the power in this decision, and the decsion has already been made. Your choice is to accept the new work conditions, or leave for work conditions you find to be more suitable for you.

Why is this so difficult for you to accept?

Are you mentally OK?
Your never-ending series of threads posted over the past couple of day filled with the same tired whining about RTO are...unsound.
Is there someone you can call?
Do you need a wellness check?
