Well if we had truly given up on life we'd be smoking what you are apparently smoking. However, employees with AGENCY and self determining discipline will simply leave. Yes it's that simple. Go ahead and stay where you are and su-k on the te-t of people that don't have your future interests in mind (Ford leadership).
