What if every AVP, VP, and SVP quit at the same time? You think Ds and MDs know what to do? They hardly lift a finger and will have to actually work to earn the money they get 😂. Great idea to float with our teams.

These Directors and MDs were AVPs, VPs and SVPs in the past.
I'm not leaving without severance or another job already in place.
this is why most teams are split into 50/50 contractor/fte... citi will be fine.. and probably thank you for the cost reductions
