Yeah. My offshore team keeps getting hit too. I don’t get it, cause I thought they were the answer. The only thing I can guess is now BNY truly thinks AI is doing something spectacular for us and are now in the lay-off India phase of the plan.
This post seems curious as if an HR stooge is trying to distract from all the mass layoffs in the US and falsely pretend that India is somehow taking big hits too. SMH. BNY Pune has major growth plans to fill the new Prestige Towers 1.4 million sq ft office building. If in fact there are 1k jobs impacted they will be hired back albeit at lower wages.
