We are approaching end of 2022 and was wondering when will the survey results be out. It is taking a long time to massage the results, I guess!!

Our executives lying to us about something? Noooo, that never ever happens. 😐
Our management said they were happy with the results and that everything across the board showed improvement. Seriously, they were gushing over how well the results were.
It was odd how they were reacting, and I don't think anyone believes them. They didn't give us all the numbers. Just a couple of metrics that were like .2% higher than last years.
Well, our division got results they did not like so setup a second survey in late November. Not sure those result came back well either. They don’t want bad news and will virtue signal anything out of bad results they can. To a man they are in denial and their egos won’t let them take blame and change.
Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain! Survey says, it's a shi*show out there Charlie! I know. I know, we need darker curtains not darker Sr execs. Another couple years @ $25+ Million, oh he-l you can kiss my white a-s now!

This company will never change.
We were not given the results but told there were many opportunities to explore in the new year.

In my group 50% reported they plan to leave WF. Management actually reported this to the group. They said the reported reason was RTO.
Depending on your LOB, they are going to skew the results and gaslight the narrative to lean in their favor. I’m in corporate risk in auto finance. You would think that we planned an armed revolt with the response that our management gave us to the survey results that they EARNED. Listening to management play the victim and finger point is going to be the spectator sport of 2023 at Wells Fargo. Happy New Year everyone. “New Year, New Me” is going to sound more like “It’s not my fault that my directs don’t respond to my (lack of) management style.”🤷🏻
We were given the food and the bad. They performed a follow up survey to understand issues and those results were worse.
My LOB gaves us the high and lows. It's all BS anyway so not sure why you care.
